Cancellation Policy: You may cancel or reschedule with at least 24 hours’ notice. Missed appointments or last-minute cancellations may be charged in full.

Instant Access: Digital downloads are delivered instantly after purchase and are non-refundable once accessed.

Physical Products: If an item arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery for resolution.
